We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at The Economist Group LTD. As an Event Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our client-focused events. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project timelines, conducting detailed debriefs post-event, and overseeing multiple events concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive project management throughout the delivery phase, ensuring seamless execution of key milestones.
  • Initiate and oversee project kick-off meetings, setting clear objectives and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, ensuring coordination across functions such as production, commercial, programming, creative, logistics, and marketing.
  • Act as the facilitator for external and internal communications, organizing and documenting meeting agendas, notes, and presentations before, during, and after events.

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
