Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide you with the chance to work on one of our Corporate sites.

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support for the effective running of our client contract.
  • Carry out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms.
  • Ensure electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams.
  • Work closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinate any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Manage all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and previous experience of undertaking basic financial support - invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses.
  • Basic commercial awareness and IT skills in Microsoft Office are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, flexible benefits scheme, access to wellbeing programmes, company sick pay, employee recognition programmes and employee assistance programme.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable.
  • Strong administration duties and Excel experience are required.
