Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Salary Package: The salary for this position ranges from £80 – 85k, inclusive of a car allowance and bonus structure.
  • Travel Requirements: As a Senior Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will need to travel nationally and occasionally visit our Head Office locations.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: A relevant degree in occupational health, public health, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in occupational health management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this position.
