Senior Hydrogeologist

The UK and Ireland energy sector is undergoing a significant transformation. Rising demand, stricter regulations, and ambitious net-zero goals are driving innovative solutions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Hydrogeologist to contribute to our Energy group, working in a hybrid manner across our geographically dispersed hydrogeology team.
The role requires delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice and solutions to environmental problems primarily in the quarrying and mining sector. There is also the opportunity to work across other projects, including water resources, catchment management, land development, waste, and flood risk.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in Hydrogeology or a related scientific discipline, and be chartered or working towards chartership with a relevant professional body. Beyond technical expertise, they will bring strong project management experience, having led projects of various sizes to successful completion.
