Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our esteemed organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of a prestigious estate while furthering your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine repairs and maintenance of facilities
  • Manage inventory and oversee the procurement of supplies
  • Perform carpentry and joinery tasks as needed
  • Engage in general building maintenance activities
  • Assist with event-related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds or equivalent trade certification
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Physically capable of handling heavy equipment
  • Valid Driving Licence
