About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Information Security Officer to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for implementing the cybersecurity program and providing guidance on Information Security policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary local security contact and adviser for IT leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with local business, compliance, privacy, legal, and IT resources to achieve effective working relationships.
  • Implement Information Security Policies and Standards for assigned segments.
  • Proactively identify noncompliance and areas of potential improvement.
  • Drive risk remediation activities and suggest incremental controls or risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Defense Operations and Cyber Security Engineering teams to develop segment technical roadmaps.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide escalation path for security issues and assist with investigations as needed.

About You

You will be a self-driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for Business Information Security. You will have a proven track record of experience in Information Technology, with a background in Security and Compliance. You will also have experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and a deep understanding of phased approaches to the Software Development Life Cycle.
