About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at NexGen Group, a leading provider of cleaning and grounds maintenance services. As a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our client sites, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lawn cutting and edging services to maintain a high standard of turf quality.
  • Conduct landscape gardening and landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Carry out greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks, such as mowing, raking, and watering.
  • Prune hedges and shrubs to maintain their shape and appearance.
  • Apply pesticides and herbicides as required to control weeds and pests.
