We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team at Conekt Legal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and technology contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft a wide range of commercial and technology contracts, including supply, distribution, and software agreements.
  • Advise the business on risk and compliance matters, including competition, anti-bribery, and data protection.
  • Contribute to process improvement in how legal services are delivered to the business.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years PQE gained in a commercial practice or in-house as a legal counsel.
  • Commercially aware and able to provide business-focused advice.
