Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Crime Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead a team of professionals and contribute to the development of strategies to improve our services.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve their goals and provide exceptional service to victims of crime.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to continually improve the service provided by the team.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be required to work from home, with occasional travel to meetings and training sessions.

Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
