Inclusive Learning Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced Special Educational Needs Assistant to work within our SEN team in Warrington.
About the Position:
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting pupils with SEND and ALN.
- Aid the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each pupil's needs.
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Foster an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equal access to learning opportunities.
- Encourage pupil participation and engagement during lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEND and ALN in accessing learning activities.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of IEPs.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents to promote a collaborative approach.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
