About the Opportunity:

Teach Now is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a specialist support worker, you will have the chance to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a dynamic and inclusive primary school setting.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced teachers and a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to provide tailored support and guidance to children. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping children access the full curriculum while fostering their independence and confidence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist support to children with autism in a classroom setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SLT to develop individualized learning plans
  • Assist with classroom activities, including preparation and setup
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
