As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and suitability.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing and terms.

  • Monitor supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and responsiveness.

  • Lead supplier meetings to strengthen knowledge around categories.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.

  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies to achieve savings.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and procurement and supply chain management best practices.

  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on procurement-related matters.

  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with suppliers or internal stakeholders.

  • Support the development, coaching, and mentoring of the Procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
