About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Superdrug. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and handling sales transactions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- Passionate about retail and customer service.
- Desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.
