Eriez Flotation Specialist

You'll be responsible for:

• In-house and on-site test programs, pioneering new methodologies
• Deep into metallurgical testing and analysis, uncovering insights that drive progress
• Process engineering teams during on-site commissioning
• Pilot plant equipment installations at customer sites
• Continuous improvement initiatives, constantly raising the bar for excellence
• Safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring our operations are at the forefront of responsibility

We're offering a salary of $160,000 per annum, plus benefits including onsite car park, extra 3% superannuation, collaborative and supportive work environment, and access to professional development opportunities.

To succeed, you'll need:

• Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or similar field
• 2 years of experience in the mining industry as a Metallurgist
• Experience in Froth flotation and gold leaching processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and metallurgical testing
• English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
