About the Company:

KBC Technologies Group is a leading provider of innovative software solutions, seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to join its team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasking, and demonstrated team-player, responsible for leading the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex software solutions using Java and Spring frameworks
  • Partner with client project teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development and delivery

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience in Java, Spring, and Microservices
  • Service-oriented architecture development experience
  • Experience with TDD/BDD and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Jenkins and Sonar
  • Experience with React/Angular frameworks
  • Financial Services and/or Software Consulting experience
