Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our £68m industrial project in Tunbridge Wells.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor progress, financials, and project milestones, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering construction projects, ideally within a Tier 1 environment.
  • CSCS card and 1st Aid and SMSTS certifications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management best practices.
