Job Title: Registered Nurse - Specialist Neurological Care Centre

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a specialist neurological care centre in Ipswich. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with acquired brain injuries and disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care using evidence-based guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines.
  • Carry out all clinical care in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
  • Where appropriate, be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift.

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified Registered Mental Health nurse (RMN), Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Adult Nurses (RGN) to join our team. You must be registered with the NMC and eligible to live and work in the UK.
