About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial and Regulatory Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Group, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial and regulatory matters, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with our business units to identify and mitigate legal risks, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our policy and enforcement teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in commercial and regulatory law, with a focus on contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
