About the Role

We invite applications from experienced Environmental Advisors looking to drive environmental excellence in a dynamic organization. As an Environmental Manager at Statom Group Ltd., you will be responsible for leading our environmental management efforts, developing strategies to minimize our environmental footprint, and promoting a culture of sustainability across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain our environmental management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to staff on environmental policies and procedures, promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  • Sustainable Practices Integration: Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices into project planning, minimizing environmental impact and enhancing our reputation as a responsible business partner.
  • Environmental Performance Monitoring: Monitor environmental performance, tracking metrics and reporting results to management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders on environmental issues, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
