About the Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled Construction Programme Coordinator to join our team in Billingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide clear and concise delivery planning services to project teams.
  • To prepare look-ahead programmes pictorially.
  • Have experience inputting production management systems and look-ahead programmes.
  • Liaise with clients and external planning consultants.
  • Lead programme meetings whether internally or presenting to Clients.
  • Set up end-to-end programmes from appointment to commissioning and close out.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a planning role.
  • Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • The salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a car allowance, private health care, GP service, electric car scheme, holiday, pension, generous maternity and paternity leave, monthly wellbeing allowance, and opportunities to grow and develop.
