We are seeking an experienced and skilled Craftsman Woodworker to join our team at Recra Consulting. Based in the UK, this role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

About the Role:

As a Craftsman Woodworker, you will play a crucial role in crafting and assembling high-quality joinery products. You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components to construct various joinery products such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Woodworking Expertise: Utilize your expertise in woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and wood finishes to create high-quality products.
• Technical Drawing Interpretation: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production of joinery items.
• Machining and Fabrication: Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery with precision to fabricate and finish wooden components.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including designers and other craftsmen, to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Craftsman Woodworker or similar woodworking role.
• Physical Stamina: Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a passion for crafting high-quality joinery products.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
