Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Scrum Master Intern to join our team. As a leading tech company, we are dedicated to creating cutting-edge applications that drive progress and empower businesses around the world. This internship opportunity offers mentorship, guidance from experienced professionals, and the chance to contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Help identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
