The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, and confident individual to join our UK Client Leadership Team as a Media Planning and Buying Specialist. The role involves account management, media planning, and buying, as well as business understanding and consultancy, working across a number of household brands in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client accounts, developing and executing media plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform media planning and buying decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of media planning and buying principles, including media research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with media finance applications, such as Media Ocean or DDS.
  • Knowledge of media research systems, including TGI, Similarweb, Ad Intel, and GWI.
  • Interest in advertising and communications, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
