About the Role
Townsville Catholic Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher Librarian to join our vibrant school community. This full-time, permanent position will commence in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a committed team of professional teachers to provide quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement contemporary pedagogy to cater to diverse abilities.
- Contribute to a professional learning community and collaborate with colleagues to enhance student growth and achievement.
- Embed the Catholic ethos and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.
- Stay up-to-date with instructional strategies and technologies to increase student engagement and outcomes.
Mandatory Criteria
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to travel within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
