Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Donation Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Kansas. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for answering donation doors, greeting customers, and unloading donations. Your role will also involve sorting donations for in-house storage, loading materials for store deliveries, and operating the trash compactor.

Responsibilities
  • Answer donation doors and greet customers
  • Unload donations and sort them for in-house storage
  • Load materials for store deliveries
  • Operate the trash compactor
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A GED or high school diploma
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we also provide benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
