Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd Line Support and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals and Azure
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve queries and issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Cloud Service Desk environment
  • 2nd Line Support experience, with 3rd Line Support experience being beneficial
  • Good understanding of O365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals Certificates, such as AZ-900
