Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide EDI expertise to business lines and inform contracts and tenders.
  • Empower colleagues to own and lead the EDI strategy across the business, building a network of passionate leaders.
  • Continually review the changing landscape from both legal and social agendas.
  • Ability to tackle complex issues while building meaningful relationships.
