About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our KFC team in Antrim. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
