Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our client's team in Wirral. As a key member of the finance department, you will provide expert financial advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with budget holders to develop and maintain effective financial plans and strategies.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for assigned teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A recognised accountancy qualification or part qualification (CIPFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE.
  • Proven business partnering skills and experience within a commercial or property environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
