About IMA-HOME Creative Team:
We are a dynamic, autonomous creative team driven by people, not process. We think independently and work collectively to generate and deliver creative solutions that aren't just world-class, but live and last in the real world.

Job Summary:
As a Designer at IMA-HOME, you'll help inspire a creative culture across our organization. You must have a relentless desire to originate and craft industry-leading design solutions. We're looking for someone with an obsessive passion for design, constantly following trends in traditional and digital design. Ideally, you'll have experience supporting senior roles to deliver marketing-leading work that's both engaging and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the wider studio team to deliver high-quality creative solutions
  • Interpret and develop client briefs alongside the client services team
  • Continually develop technical skills appropriate to the role
  • Presentation of creative concepts to Client Services and the Studio team in a thoughtful and articulate manner
  • Deliver presentations to clients as appropriate
