About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical leadership role in driving strategic analysis and program delivery to enhance our commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customer teams and the wider business to deliver strategic analysis and programs that drive commercial growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead a small team to own and coordinate commercial deliverables, including growth outlook, sub-channel strategy, and GTM transformation.
  • Identify key shifts in consumer, shopper, and customer agendas that could impact PepsiCo and develop credible programs and action plans.
  • Own PepsiCo's growth story and key internal materials and updates, including conference presentations and inductions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial consulting team and business partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement commercial workstreams in core business projects.

  • Outstanding project management skills, including the ability to drive an agenda autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of the external environment, including consumer, customer, and competitor trends.
  • Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, and ambiguous environment.
