Christmas Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Customer Advisor to join our team at Boots Elgin, Springfield Retail Park store. As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
- Support the Assistant or Store Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- Full training will be provided, but previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
