About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and safe lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Teach independent living skills and promote independence
  • Manage medication and administer as required
  • Participate in community-based activities and outings
