Job Title: Brand Creative Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Creative Director to join our team at Centrica. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content and campaigns
* Manage and execute design requests, working with internal design support and agency partners
* Develop and run creative forums for review and sign off of creatives
* Manage a small team of designers and brand managers, providing guidance and support

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in consumer brands, with a strong portfolio of work
* Strong knowledge of the core Adobe Creative Suite applications and other design tools
* Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
