Shorterm Group is seeking skilled NVQ L3 or Opito Level 3/4 Riggers to work on a 6-week shutdown project in the Fawley area of Southampton. This opportunity offers a chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to a high-profile project.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidates can expect a competitive salary of approximately £21.27 per hour for the first 38 hours, with overtime rates applicable for weekday evenings and Saturday mornings at £29.78/hr, and £38.29/hr for Saturday afternoons and all-day Sundays. Additionally, they will receive full IBA (£2.37 per hour extra) and have the potential to work night shifts.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Safety Passport (CCNSG, EMSS, or MIST accepted) and be willing to commit to an estimated 4-5 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
