We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Assistant to join our team at Quay – SBD. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve branch performance targets.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support with multi-drop deliveries and provide cover in the branch when required.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the branch by being a team player and embracing a can-do attitude.
Requirements
  • A full valid driving license is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a driving role is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Good organizational skills and IT literacy are required.
  • Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred but not essential.
