About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sodexo, a leading provider of healthcare services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality food services.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will work under the guidance of the head chef and have a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow as a culinary professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organised

You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player who is passionate about cooking and has a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you

About the Salary

The salary for this role is between £15.00 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive hourly rate, which reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position.
