Early Years Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice at Childbase Partnership. As a valued member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

About the Role

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will be responsible for working alongside our experienced team to create a safe and supportive learning environment for children. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and implementing activities to enhance children's development and learning
  • Interacting positively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met
  • Adhering to nursery routines and policies, and seeking guidance from leadership as needed
  • Managing your time effectively to submit coursework by deadlines
What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £6.55, increasing to £10 after 6 months, and £11.44 after 12 months
  • A 'congratulations' payment of £300 upon successful completion of the level 3 apprenticeship

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have documentation to evidence your right to work in the UK
  • Have photographic ID in the form of a valid passport or driving licence
  • Have official documentation to evidence your national insurance number
  • Have access to a computer to undertake the initial online assessment and submit coursework
  • Have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Be comfortable with travelling to and from group training sessions in Newport Pagnell

We will endeavour to facilitate a lift for you, but there may be occasions when you will need to make your own way to and from these sessions. We will pay for the costs of buses and/or trains.
