About the Role

ABC Teachers is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in primary schools located in Wednesbury and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support for students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements
  • Experience working with students with additional needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Passion for building strong relationships with students and supporting their development.
  • Ability to commit to full-time work, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the school.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in teaching or support work, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • References from previous employment, highlighting your ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • DBS check, registered with the update service, to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
