Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care and support to adults with mental health needs
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Assisting with medical and welfare needs
- Safeguarding adults from harm or exploitation
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, sensitive and intuitive, and passionate about empowering and supporting adults with mental health needs. You will also need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
