This is a Fixed Term Contract role based in our Hemel Hempstead office with some hybrid work (2 days in the office). The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Operations Implementation, Pay Rate projects and working on support desk pay queries for our bank staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Operations Implementation, Pay Rate projects and working on support desk pay queries for our bank staff members.
  • Operational Implementation and maintenance of NHS Professionals Pay Rate projects.
  • Management of the provision of a comprehensive knowledge based, high quality advisory service on information systems to NHS Professionals managers, staff, flexible workers, clients, and external agencies.
  • Managing contact us tickets on pay queries including holiday and responding within SLA.
