Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Mploy Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Main Responsibilities:
- Goods Receipt and Inspection: Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and inspect goods against purchase orders, mechanical drawings, and component specifications.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement stock rotation procedures to ensure optimal storage and retrieval of goods.
- Picking and Packing: Select and package goods for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Material Issuing: Coordinate the issuance of materials to production teams, ensuring that the right goods are delivered to the right place at the right time.
- Export Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including customs forms and shipping papers.
- Stockroom Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the stockroom, ensuring that goods are stored safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous Warehouse Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment, with a proven track record of inventory management and control.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other IT tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
