Bodywork Technician Lead

We are looking for a skilled Bodywork Technician Lead to lead our bodyshop team at Sytner Select Northampton. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in minor repair, including stone chips, scratches, and small dents. They will also be responsible for colour checking and matching through spraying out colour chips and in-house spectrometer readings.
A good understanding of modern water-based basecoat products and lacquers is essential. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times is critical to success in this role. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional results with strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all repairs meet our high standards of quality and efficiency
