Technical Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious housebuilder. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and delivery of technical aspects for both traditional build homes and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of technical aspects for both traditional build homes and high-rise developments.
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure design solutions are accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.
  • Manage the technical approval process, including building regulations, warranties, and planning conditions.
  • Review and manage technical documentation, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.
  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to the construction team.
  • Liaise with local authorities and utility companies to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Support the project team with technical problem-solving and offer innovative solutions.
