Estate Agency Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable multi-branch estate agent, is seeking a driven Estate Agency Sales Manager to join their busy office in Nottingham.
This role would suit someone looking to gain further experience in the property industry, possibly a senior negotiator or lister looking to take the next step in their career, or an existing sales manager looking for a new challenge.
The company actively encourages growth and development within the industry and is therefore searching for someone who is looking to progress.
The ideal candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person, and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.
The successful candidate will be driven, professional, and have great leadership qualities.
Our client offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with a target-driven commission structure, company car or allowance, and parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Recruit, train, and develop new estate agents
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate agency sales management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
