Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of the EYFS framework and ensure that all learning activities are aligned with this framework.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, safeguarding, and incident reports.
  • Monitor and manage staff rotas, ensuring appropriate coverage at all times.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as enrollment, parent communication, and budget management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an early years setting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Estimated Salary: £38,500 - £48,500 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
