We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Design Specialist to join our team at Randstad Technologies Recruitment. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solutions for our defence customers.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these solutions meet technical and business requirements while aligning with security standards. This will involve:

  • Managing solution design, validation, and integration processes to ensure seamless delivery of UCC solutions.
  • Building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Overseeing migration planning, issue resolution, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Expertise in UCC technologies including PBX, VoIP, video conferencing, and mobility.
  • Proven commercial awareness and risk management skills to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Experience in bid work and commercial awareness to ensure accurate CAPEX/OPEX costings.
