We are seeking an experienced Theatre Production Leader to oversee our commercial productions in London. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts with creative teams, actors, and production staff, as well as securing venue agreements and managing production costs.

As a member of our small, friendly office team, you will work closely with our internal team and facilitate the work of artists on RSC shows in the West End. Our current productions include My Neighbour Totoro (West End) and Kyoto (West End).

Key qualities for the role include significant leadership experience in commercial theatre, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A full job description can be found on our website.
