About the Role

As a Shift Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the shift, including supervising staff, monitoring production processes, and implementing quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality output and meet production targets
