Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process blood specimens for testing, ensuring accuracy and precision in all procedures.
  • Work effectively with healthcare professionals to identify the best methods for retrieving specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing.
  • Perform venipunctures, fingersticks, and infant heel pricks while maintaining specimen integrity and adhering to department procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of collected specimens, including initials, dates, and times of collection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure accurate test results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and advancements.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment, fostering effective communication and teamwork among colleagues.

The estimated monthly salary range for this role is $4,500 - $6,000, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.
